The Ephrata Performing Arts Center is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a variety of entertainment options for residents and visitors alike. There is something for everyone at the Ephrata Performing Arts Center, from musical performances to theatrical productions. The center offers a variety of seating options to accommodate any size group, and the acoustics are superb, making it the perfect place to enjoy a live performance.

The Ephrata Performing Arts Center is conveniently in the heart of downtown Ephrata, and there are several restaurants and shops nearby for pre- or post-show dining and shopping. So if you’re eyeing a night out on the town, catch a show at the Ephrata Performing Arts Center.

With its history of live performances, the Ephrata Performing Arts Center (EPAC) is a locals-and tourist hotspot.

The excitement at EPAC is not just limited to locals and tourists near Ephrata. It’s an experience that has captivated audiences for over four decades, with performances from various artists in various genres each season.

The history of the Ephrata Playhouse has been passed down for generations. The original owners, the Eicher family, bought this property in 1734, and it’s where they held performances among their many other properties across Pennsylvania before moving on to what became known as “the most famous theater” next door from them.

The Ephrata Performing Arts Center has a long and colorful history, as the pavilion was initially built to replace an earlier Eicher Barn that was too small. In 1912, the Borough took over management of this venue, leading them to make many updates over time, including adding seats for more viewers to accommodate public use.

The Ephrata Performing Arts Center has been hosting top-quality Broadway musicals and dramas for over 30 years. This includes classics such as Les Misérables, My Fair Lady (also named Tony Award winner), Mary Poppins, and so much more.

The EPAC has been producing stars for generations with its continuous lessons and summer kids camps. As a result, new artists step onto the stage every season to take their place as premier singers or dancers in our community’s growing entertainment industry.

Enter a world where anything can happen in an audience filled with people from all different walks of life as they share their stories on stage. The Ephrata Performing Arts Center’s mission is to provide affordable, thought-provoking theater entertainment that matters while staying true to its roots by continuing the production process right here at home–in Central Pennsylvania.

This Christmas, take a walk down memory lane with Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. From being cast away for his difference from other reindeer to finding himself on an island of misfit toys and making new friends along the way. This story will warm your heart as it reminds us all about being kind no matter our differences.
